1. How do I customized? Can I have a preview before place the order?

Customizing is easy on our web. Just Click the Customized Now you will have fluent customize exprience.

There goes instant preview while customizing on PC. For Mobile phone, there goes preview button for hiding or showing the instant custom info when you scrolling down in the customizing page.

There also goes preview in the shopping cart when you finish customizing and add the items into carts.

We will also check the preview and adjust it to the best position if nessary.

2. How long does it takes to delivery?

Normally it takes 7-10 days to reach by Standard Shipping, and 3-5 days by Express Shipping.

3. Will I pay to the custom Fee or Tax Fee?

No, the price contains all the shipping cost and custom fee or tax fee. 

But if you choose express shipping it will cost extra $15.00-$30.00

4. Which payment method do you accept?

We accept most of the credit card payments, paypal and most local economic wallets, such as google pay and apple pay. All payments are processed securely via encrypted gateways.

5. How about the return and refund policy?

Normally we do not accept return for all the customized items, as we are unable to make a second sale since the customized item is unique and only for you.

Of course if there goes quality problem, damaged item or wrong custom info done by us, please just send photo to our email sale.buygiftnow@gmail.com in 2-3 days, after confirmed, we will offer full refund or send a replacement in 1-2 days without any extra charge.

6. Can i cancel my order if I do not want or place wrong items?

Yes, but please cancel it in 12 hours, since we have to make the design first and send it to produce.

7. How should I track my order?

You can track all the orders on www.17track.net. Or tracking on the accrodingly shipping company, such as SFexpress, DHL express, Fedex.
